2,  TERCOM AVERAGE PITOTS

“TERFLOW” (Multi-Hole Averaging Pitot Tubes):
For insertion in lines of any size. Simple and fast installation. Good accuracy and repeatability make "TerFlow” a valid alternative for large pipe sizes where use of Orifice Flanges, Venturi tubes or Flow nozzles would be unpractical or too expensive.
”TerFlow” is available in many types of models to cover a wide range of applications. Retractable type models are also available allowing installation or removal of the equipment without system  shutdown.

 3,  TERCOM FLOW NOZZLES

TERCOM Flow nozzles are manufactured in sizes from 2“ to 30” for a wide range of applications at medium and high pressure and temperature.
In many cases Flow Nozzles offer advantages and better performance than Orifice Plates and Venturi Tubes; tipically nozzles have a larger capacity and better accuracy with high velocity flow.
 
Tercom manufactures Flow Nozzles sized to the Customer’s Specifications and meeting the requirements of most applied and important International Standards such as A.S.M.E. and ISA Standars : pleaserefer to the following Catalog pages for all the different types of Flow Nozzles offered for TERCOM.

4,  ORIFICE FLANGES AND ORIFICE PLATES

ORIFICE FLANGES are manufactured in sizes from 2“ to 60” for a wide range of applications at medium and high pressure and temperature.
In many cases ORIFICE FLANGES offer advantages and better performance than Flow Nozzles and Venturi Tubes (low price).

 5, TERCOM PRESSURE REDUCERS

MULTISTAGE PRESSURE REDUCERS:
Used for flow or pressure reducing when a simple Restriction Orifice is not suitable due to the high required pressure drop or noise limitations.
Tercom Multistage Pressure Reducers are designed and manufactured to satisfy most applications for gas and liquid.
Manufactured with materials consistent with the pipe line material, Tercom Multistages are available with Butt-Weld or Flanged end connections.

6,  TERCOM STEAM & WATER ANALYSIS SYSTEMS

For Power Plants the control of phisico-chemical characteristics of  feed water and the generated steam is of great importance for quality and economical reasons. Tercom offers design and manufacturing of:

- Complete Analysys Systems with temperature and pressure conditioning. The system can be supplied fully or partialy assembled and/or wired on outdoor or indoor racks , assembled on panels or cabinets. We can perform the measurement of the following parameters:

 7,  TERCOM THERMOELEMENTS AND THERMOWELLS

THERMOCOUPLES, RTD ASSEMBLIES TEMPERATURE SENSORS:
Manufactured for a wide range of applications and temperature according to ANSI MC 96.1 (Thermocouples) and IEC 751/DIN 43760 (RTD’s) Standards, with High-Purity MgO (Magnesium Dioxide) mineral insulated cables with stainless steel sheath material. Tercom Thermocouples are manufactured in any length with different types of “hot junction”(ungrounded, grounded and exposed) according to the following ANSI types:
- Type “T”(Copper-Constantan) for range -200 to + 350°C
- Type “J” (Iron-Constantan) for range 0 to + 750°C
- Type “E”(Chromel-Constantan) for range - 200 to + 900°C
- Type “K”(Chromel-Alumel) for range - 200 to + 1250°C
- Type “S”(Pt,10% Rhodium -Pt) for range 0 to + 1450°C
- Type “R”(Pt,13% Rhodium -Pt) for range 0 to + 1450°C
- Type “B”(Pt,30%Rh -Pt,6% Rh) for range +800 to + 1700°C

Tercom RTD’s are also available in any length with the following types and temperature ranges:
- Ni type (Nickel) for Temperature Range  -60 to + 180°C
- Pt type (Platinum) for Temperature Range - 200 to + 850°C

Both Thermocouples and RTD’s are normally mounted on a Thermowell through a connection head (Weatherproof and Explosionproof types are available) and an extension made with nipple(s) and union (available in carbon steel and stainless steel).Tercom Thermocouples and RTD’s electric and insulation characteristics are tested in a modern equipped plant.

Other important and typical types of Thermocouples and RTD’s supplied by Tercom are the following:
Skin-Type Thermocouples & RTD’s for measurement of the surface or “skin” temperature on  boilers, furnaces and heater pipes.
Multipoint Reactor Thermocouples & RTD’s for monitoring and control of the temperature inside process reactors.

THERMOWELLS:
To allow thermocouples & RTD’s mounting a Thermowell is generally necessary to provide adequate protection of the thermoelements.
Tercom thermowells are manufactured in any length with different materials from pipe or bar-stock, with process connections threaded, welded, or flanged to meet practically any type of requirement and process condition.

8,  TERCOM VENTURI TUBES FLOWMETER

TERCOM Venturi Tubes are manufactured in sizes from 2“ to 48” for a wide range of applications at medium and high pressure and temperature.
In many cases Venturi Tube offer advantages and better performance than Orifice Plates and Flow Nozzle (low pressure loss).
Tercom manufactures Venturi Tubes sized to the Customer’s Specifications and meeting the requirements of most applied and important International Standards such as A.S.M.E. and ISA Standars: please refer to the following Catalog pages for all the different types of Venturi tubes offered by TERCOM.
