Heating elements, such as Mica band heaters, Cartridge Heaters, Ceramic Band Heaters and Strip heaters are also part of our manufacturing capabilities. Complimentary to our manufactured products, we distribute an extensive list of industrial supplies and components. NSI is a Master distributor of Gefran, SIEI, and Shako. We are also a Canadian distributor for Calex Electronics products.

We custom manufacture all types of thermocouples and RTDs for a variety of industries. Whether you are looking for a Type K or Type J Thermocouple, a PT-100 RTD, or even Platinum Thermocouples, we are there for you.

Mica Band Heaters

As a manufacturer specialized in industrial electric heating elements, NSI builds Mica insulated Band Heaters and Nozzle Heaters, Mica Strip Heaters and even Manifold Heaters for your specific applications.

Cartridge Heaters

NSI custom manufactures Premium Quality Medium and High Watt Density Cartridge Heaters, or Insertion Heaters, that provide excellent heat transfer in applications such as dies, molds, hot plates, or sealing operations.

Ceramic Band Heaters

Also a part of our production capabilities, we manufacture Ceramic insulated Band Heaters that provide greater operating temperatures and efficiency than mica, for use in plastic injection, extrusion and blow molding equipment.

Gefran Automation

We are a Master distributor of GEFRAN (SIEI, Hubner-Berlin) automation components and instrumentation that cater to the Process Control Industries. We stock numerous types of GEFRAN controllers, linear transducers, melt pressure transducers and rupture disks.

Shako Pneumatics

We are a licensed distributor of SHAKO, a world class leader in the pneumatic industry, and we stock and ship its vast line of solenoid valves, FLR’s, fittings and pneumatic cylinders.
